There is a big difference between covering up an old finish and properly refinishing a cabinet. Our cabinet refinishing process begins with the work people do not necessarily notice when the project is finished: cleaning, sanding, repairing imperfections and preparing the surface properly.
Then comes the parts you do notice like a new color, a smooth finish, updated hardware and cabinets that suddenly make sense with the rest of your home again. We refinish both kitchen and bathroom cabinets, with custom color matching available when you have a particular shade or existing décor to work with. Replacing an entire kitchen is a major decision. There is the expense, of course, but also the disruption that comes with removing cabinets and starting again. If your existing cabinets are still worth keeping, refinishing can be a much simpler route.
Premiere Cabinet Revival uses a detailed process that includes surface preparation, priming, professional finish application and a protective final coating. New hinges, handles and other hardware can also be installed as part of the transformation. Most kitchen cabinet refinishing projects can be completed in approximately 3–5 days, depending on the size and condition of the kitchen. For a bathroom, the project may be smaller. The idea remains the same: work with what is already there and make it look considerably better.

A new color will not fix a drawer that sticks every morning. And refinishing alone is not the answer for a sagging door, loose joint or cabinet damaged by moisture. That is why we also provide cabinet repair and restoration. Our team works on problems such as:

During the consultation, we can talk through your kitchen or bathroom, the condition of the cabinetry, colors you are considering, finish choices, hardware and the way the rest of the room already looks. You can choose from available colors or discuss custom color matching to coordinate the cabinets with the rest of your space. This is also the point to talk about budget and timing. There is no reason to choose a finish in isolation and then hope it works once the job is complete.
